ATX FOH stands for Austin Texas Front-of-House. It is a recurring clean-up initiative in partnership with Downtown Austin Alliance to help beautify the city for incoming visitors which includes trash pick up, planting greenery, cleaning and revitalizing art installations, and painting fixtures.
